Engaging Coaching Services PDF Print E-mail

If you need cheerleading coaching services, you will need a coach who is properly credentialed and recognised by CAS. Hiring an untrained or uncertified coach will endanger the cheerleaders in your team. CAS can direct you to professional coaches and provide you with coaches hiring and management guidelines to ensure the safety of your team.

If you are a new team starting up, please refer to the safety guidelines and rules.

      Normally for athletic events where you need cheerleaders to as motivators for the athletes or to get the crowd/spectators cheering with them for the athletes
    • Any other special requests the event requires
  • A cheerleading routine is performed with music and is around 2 - 3 minutes on average, depending on the team you engage. In a cheerleading routine, you will normally see:
    • Stunts, pyramids and basket tosses (height clearance needed - please check with the team);
    • Tumbling (require a larger surface area - please check with the team)
    • Dance & jumps
  • Different teams charge different rates, therefore CAS DO NOT and IS UNABLE to provide any form of quotation.
    • Normally, the more the cheerleaders required, the higher the rates.
    • Rates tend to be higher for:
      • Urgent assignments;
      • Performance on public holidays; and
      • Repeated performances throughout the day (as opposed to a one-time performance).
  • CAS do not have a policy of recommending teams or providing contact details of teams.
